Happy to share my meditation experience working with Wing. Her voice was calm and soothing, and the way she led through the breathing exercises helped me leave the world behind. About halfway through, I could feel my tension melting away and sort of connecting to my inner world. By the end, I was so much more centered and clear-minded.
